Why the Silicone Gummy Molds with Droppers works
Squares are for portioning.
These are for when you would rather the result looked like sweets. Dolphins, starfish, stars, moons, octopuses, hearts, butterflies, strawberries and more, in 100% food-grade silicone. Droppers included. $17.99.
DROPPERS ARE INCLUDED, AND YOU WILL NEED THEM
Small detailed cavities do not fill neatly from a jug. The droppers put liquid exactly where it goes, which is the difference between a clean tray and a sheet of joined-up gummies you have to trim apart.
100% FOOD-GRADE SILICONE
Smooth and flexible, so finished pieces come out whole instead of tearing at the thin parts. On a starfish or a butterfly, the thin parts are most of the shape.
DISHWASHER SAFE
Detailed molds are the worst thing to wash by hand. These go in the machine.
THEY ARE NOT ONLY FOR GUMMIES
Gelatin, chocolate, hard candy and ice all set in the same trays. This is a silicone candy mold that happens to suit infusions, not a single-purpose tool.
$17.99
Molds and droppers together. Premium quality, without the premium price tag.
WHEN YOU NEED EVEN PORTIONS INSTEAD
The Scored Gummy Molds give you eighty square cavities, each scored to break into four even quarters, at $19.99. That set is for portioning. This one is for shapes. Pair either with the Large Botanical Infuser or see the range in infusion.
