Product description
A zip-top plastic bag cannot go in an oven, cannot go in boiling water, and gets thrown away. These are food-safe silicone, rated to 450F, dishwasher safe and freezer safe, with an airtight seal and measurement markings up the side. Two sizes, two bags per pack.
RATED TO 450F, AND BELOW FREEZING
The same bag goes in a freezer, a fridge, a microwave, an electric oven or a pot of boiling water. That range is what makes it a sous vide bag as well as a storage bag: you can cook in it at a held temperature and then store what you cooked in the same bag.

Medium holds 1500ml, large holds 3000ml, and both come two to a pack. The large suits infusions and batch cooking. The medium suits portions and leftovers.
