Decarboxylation Kit

If you would rather decarb in the oven you already own, do it in something sealed. This is a 4 oz food-grade 304 stainless steel container with an airlock and four latches. A filter and a set of mini molds come with it, so the rest of the process is covered too.

304 STAINLESS, WHICH HEATS EVENLY

Food-grade 304 stainless steel carries heat evenly across the whole container, so material at the wall gets the same treatment as material in the middle. That is the thing a baking sheet in an oven cannot do.

HOW TO USE IT, INCLUDING THE PART PEOPLE GET WRONG

Add your material, put the lid on, and close the air lock, but leave the four latches open before it goes in the oven. Latching it shut while it heats is the mistake. When the decarboxylation cycle is done, open the airlock and let it cool before you open it.

IT KEEPS WORKING AFTER THE OVEN

Once it has cooled, the same container is airtight odorless storage. Four latches hold the lid down on the seal. Drop in a 2-way 62% humidity pack and it holds a level as well as a seal.

A 190 MICRON FILTER IS INCLUDED

For after the infusion, when the material has to come out of the oil or butter. 190 micron is the standard grade for straining infusions, and it is the same filter that ships with the infuser machines.
